The transparent rubber strip
“I need my compounds, especially the colored ones, to be transparent and lubricated for drawing, do you have a solution?”
Problem
A manufacturer of rubber goods needed a product that would not make the strip whitish, and with a little lubricity to use in the subsequent drawing process.
The current product had no lubricity decanted and left the strip white.
Solution
OCEAN’s technical team visited a customer and recommended the Anti-tack agent product for rubber compounds, Anti-tack RuberZol RA125.
The product was the most recommended to make the strip transparent, especially colored compounds.
Final result
See the result and appearance of the extruded rubber, black and white.
The recommended product was the Anti-tack agent RuberZol RA125, made from vegetable soap.
